Help Us Fill the Freezer

The Lighthouse Charity Team recently suffered the loss of more than $50,000 in emergency food supplies due to a freezer malfunction. This food is critical to our ability to respond when Galveston County needs us most.

Our emergency food supply allows our volunteers to respond following disasters, support first responders, assist other local nonprofits, and prepare meals when our community is in need.

Now we need your help to Fill the Freezer. With hurricane season underway, rebuilding this critical food supply is especially important.

Your donation will help purchase the foods we use for large-volume cooking, including briskets, ground beef, hamburger patties, chicken, pork, fajita meat, hams, turkeys, Gulf shrimp, and other essential proteins.
